Re. Managers' departure.
The lack of transparency on why Ramsay and Chalmers quit does concern me.
Both were instrumental in forming the internal culture over the past six to 10 years that has been criticized by so many, builders and developers alike. Is it the new council that has stepped up the heat? Taxpayers should be kept in the loop on why these individuals left their posts and what council is doing to find replacements who can turn this stagnant and anti-service-oriented attitude among district staff into a positive and prosperous environment.
