The lack of downtown parking is obvious.
Perhaps turning Cleveland into one-way south is part of the solution. Remove the parallel parking and replace it with angled parking on both sides. I suspect that parking availability would be substantially increased.
The planning department might want to review the results of New Westminster’s choice to angle the parking as back-in only; this may also contribute to more efficient and effective parking options
In any case, this might be a solution.
