LETTER: About parking trailers

I was reading the write up about parking near my home on Olson Road [“Trailer Trouble” March 29]. I agree with the complaint of parking at this location as I pass it everyday and it frustrates me.

I was reading the write up about parking near my home on Olson Road [“Trailer Trouble” March 29]. I agree with the complaint of parking at this location as I pass it everyday and it frustrates me. What is our town thinking building all these places like this and why these people are buying homes that don’t suit there parking needs. If you have four vehicles, why are you buying a place with only two spaces? I know homes with space are outrageously priced, but that’s what has happened to our once amazing town.

My grandmother, my father, myself and my son are born and raised here and its beyond frustrating what this town has turned into. Stop the money-hungry District from allowing money-hungry developers to keep tearing down beautiful homes with yards to put up dozens of condos/townhomes with no parking.

Selling to people who don’t care and park on the roads. This has happened in many locations and will continue at others being built. How are we not seeing this? We’re being overwhelmed with so-called outdoor enthusiast who don’t seem to see they are ruining a beautiful place. Cutting down the only remaining patches of trees where wildlife has lived for years to welcome more people and more vehicles than the homes can hold. Polluting and congesting the town, and then also wonder why there are more bears and cougars around. What an outdoor enthusiast and environmentally friendly place we are now. Ugh! Another being forced from the town I wanted to stay in.
