Wow.... Squamish has a surplus of cash. Nice. What to do with it? Fill potholes, repair playground equipment, donate to Community Christmas Care? No, let’s pay an Australian to come paint the trees blue.
Are the council members and mayor even in tune with what is happening in town? If the money could be used for blue trees, is there not a Canadian who could have done this – maybe a Kindergarten group?
This is the biggest waste of money ever.
When do we vote for a new council? Because with this kind of decision, I can’t wait.
