Your cartoonist can be witty and cruel. Last week, she was both, regarding LNG, salmon habitat and her regular target, our premier.
It would also be witty and cruel for her to depict a polluted background in China, with one person saying to another: “It sure would be great to replace the coal used in our generating stations with natural gas,” and the other person responding: “No we can’t let the view in Howe Sound be spoiled by LNG carriers. We’ll just have to live with our lung cancers.”
