I recently received the reminder for the utilities. The fact they have increased yet again this year is worth noting, but not the focus of my attention.
Our municipal hall is closed from Dec. 23 until Jan. 3. The animal control is not closed during this period as there is an understanding they offer an important service to our community and our animals. I guess we can’t say the same about the municipal hall employees. Who is driving this bus anyway?
