I read with interest the budget shortfall in the school board budget (“School district faces $633,000 shortfall,” May 19).
I have always thought the students are #1, teachers are #2 and administration is #21. This shows me that contrary to the spin, #1 is administration.
C’mon, board, roll up your sleeves. The school board must operate with a balanced budget and work within the revenue given to it, unlike the municipality, which raises our taxes.
