Letter: Why weren't flags at half-mast?

It was very hard to believe that on Tuesday, Nov. 11, as I was driven to Brennan Park for Remembrance Day services, I passed two local schools, and to my disbelief, I did not see our Canadian flag flying at half-mast. Shame on our school board.
