The Howe Sound Music Festival (HSMF) will conclude with the Highlights Concert on Sunday (April 15) at St. John's Anglican Church. Gold performers in piano and voice, and choral students from Britannia Beach to Pemberton will perform. A celebratory reception for all performers and community members will be held at 2:30 p.m. followed by the concert at 3 p.m. The festival has been produced by executive director Veronica McPhee. General admission to the concert (available at the door) is $10.
A kids' toy, sports gear and clothing sale will be held at Brennan Park Recreation Centre on Saturday (April 14) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is an opportunity to buy and sell items for children.
