Looking back - memories take me to the bright and cheery dining room at the Renaissance and the wonderful staff, servers, caregivers and management. I treasure the friendship with the residents. Chef Susan creating good and tasty meals. I was happy. I had planned to stay at the Renaissance for a long time but that was not to be.
The future is not ours to know, faith took another turn. Reluctantly accepted from someone higher than you and I, strength we get to carry on, to accept things we cannot change and do the best we can with what we have and be thankful for every day.
Yesterday is passed, tomorrow is yet to come and today is a good day. I have been blessed with a new nice home. I will personally always remember the Renaissance and the friendship we shared, a friendly word spoken every day gave meaning to our lives, to others delight.
