Mayor Gardner,
On behalf of the nurses and clerical staff at Vancouver Coastal Health's, Squamish Health Unit, we would like to thank the Squamish council for the use of the Brennan Park facilities during the recent H1N1 vaccination campaign at no charge.
We would also like to thank Brennan Park Recreation Centre and their staff for helping Vancouver Coastal Health with the flawless execution of the 30 H1N1 clinics offered to our community. Special thanks to Barb Woodard, for her patience with scheduling, and the front office, and for fielding calls.
We would also like to acknowledge the maintenance staff for setting up and tearing down the tables in the senior and junior lounges.
We are very grateful to have been able to offer seven weeks of vaccination clinics to our community in one central location within a friendly environment.
Your contribution played an important role in our successful H1N1 vaccination campaign.
Once again, please accept our thanks and gratitude.
Susan Conley
