Tomorrow (Friday, March 1) at 7 p.m. the World Day of Prayer Service will be hosted by Squamish United Church on Fourth Avenue. By participating in this service, you are joining in worship with Christians around the world and in more than 2,000 communities across Canada. The theme written by the women of France is "I was a stranger and you welcomed me." An invitation is extended to everyone and following the service, refreshments will be served.
The Acoustic Jam at the Brackendale Art Gallery will be held on Sunday (March 3) from 7:30 to 10 p.m. and organizer Rita Kyle is always happy to welcome newcomers to this fun evening of music and song.
