We all know there are some beautiful properties in the Sea to Sky, and Squamish specifically.

That beauty comes at a premium.

According to data from the Greater Vancouver Realtors' association, the benchmark price for a single-family home in Squamish in June was down -0.2 % from May, at almost $1,700,000, but up 163.5 % from a decade ago. The benchmark townhouse in town was over $1,000,400, up 1.5 % from May and up 162.8 % from 10 years ago. Condos have a benchmark price of $619,800, which is down 2.0 % from the previous month, but up 157.4 % from 2015. 

Through The Squamish Chief’s sister publication, REW (Real Estate Works), and using Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data, we have compiled a list of five of the most pricey properties—listed highest to lowest—and five of the most affordable as of today, July 10, 2025.
