On the other hand, for the men’s division, Squamish rider Geoff Kabush has been unseated from the throne he’s occupied for the last two years.

Quebec cyclist Felix Burke has claimed the top men’s spot with an overall time of 15:43:46.

Kabush’s time of 15:48:51 earned him silver while American rider Kerry Werner took third at 16:02:36.

The race takes place over six stages over seven days. From first to last, the stages are Cowichan Valley, Cumberland, Powell River, Earls Cove to Sechelt, Sechelt to Langdale, and, finally, Squamish.
