After a brave 12-year battle with brain cancer, Tim passed away on May 1, 2022. Tim was raised in Vernon and moved to Squamish after graduating from high school. His passion in life was building beautiful creations with wood. He scoured the forests of his beloved Squamish for unique pieces that he used to create unforgettable designs. He earned his living building log homes. He named his business Whistler Valley Log Homes. Over the years he built several world-class log homes one of which won an award and was headlined in a trade magazine.
Tim leaves behind, his loving son Robert, his parents Marnie and Bob, his sister Jeannie and brother Brian and their families, his dear friend Victoria and countless friends he made during his life’s journey.
To mark Tim’s exceptional life, on Aug. 13 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a gathering at his friend Rick’s Klahanie Café, 36583 Darrell Bay Rd., located across from Shannon Falls.
