The Átl'ka7tsem/Howe Sound Marine Stewardship Initiative (MSI) is co-hosting a Squamish Community Shoreline Cleanup on Saturday, June 3rd, from 11 ta.m. to 1 p.m.

The all-ages event in advance of World Oceans Day (June 8) is put on in collaboration with the Squamish River Watershed Society and Squamish Terminals.

Meet at Third Avenue on the way to Squamish Terminals to rid our beautiful community of some trash.

Wear sturdy shoes and bring a bucket, water bottle, thick gloves, sunscreen and a garbage picker.

Event organizers will have on-hand a hazardous materials container, garbage bags and a limited supply of gardening gloves, buckets and garbage pickers.
