The Sound Martial Arts and Swtch House hosted a Complimentary Womxn's Self Defence Class on March 8 — International Women’s Day. Squamish MMA fighter Jamey-Lyn Horth Wessels and team put the women through the paces at The Sound. The Squamish Chief’s intern Emily Stamper was there to capture the event.
