The Chief is putting out a call for photographers interested in participating in the second annual "Day in the Life of Squamish" project.

"Day in the Life" is a 32-page photo essay chronicling 24 hours in the community. This year's Day in the Life is Friday, Feb. 11.

Interested photographers will be asked to contact The Chief and select a shift of two to three hours and submit photos (at least 12) with cutline information. Selected photographs will be published in The Chief on Friday, Feb. 25. Participating photographers will have photo credits beside each of their photos and a small biography published.

Photographers will also have the opportunity to either sell reprints of their photos on a freelance basis or have The Chief sell the photos on their behalf.

Any photographers interested in participating are asked to contact Tim Shoults, Editor & Publisher, at 604-892-9161, ext. 233 or email The Chief at sqchief@uniserve.com by Monday, Feb. 7.
