I love that we are not Vancouver or Whistler. That are the place in between with a true community feel where you talk to your neighbours and walk your kids to school. The views never get old and the outdoor activities are endless. In my opinion, Squamish is the best place in the world to live. |

The slower speed zones on streets like Chestnut in ValleyCliffe are great. I would like to see more of these lower speed zones and really I would like to see all streets in neighbourhoods packed with small children slower than 50. For parking - Require Developments to have more parking - minimum 1 spot per a bedroom and additional parking with over height stalls that can fit larger trucks. |

I would recommend AirBNB be allowed in principal residences but not allowed as a stand alone property. |
