For an NDP government so bent on driving corporate money out of politics, it’s odd to realize how critically important an upcoming financial decision by a multinational corporation is to the B.C. political scene.

Pad Thai is Thailand’s most famous noodle dish and widely popular around the world. That stature is pretty impressive for a food that in Thailand is most often sold by street vendors and casual eateries.

It is crucial that citizens keep a watchful eye on its police. Officers wield a lot of power in any society and, as has been seen in several countries around the world, they can be used for ill if left unchecked.

There were eight deaths in the Sea to Sky region in 2017 due to fentanyl overdoses. This number does not include people who are from the region but died elsewhere. And for every death, there are 20 people who have overdosed but did not die.

Growing up in Squamish, we all thought we lived in the most boring town on Earth. OK, maybe not the most boring town on Earth, but there were definitely the typical teenage complaints of living in a small town with “nothing to do.

British Columbia should follow Washington State’s lead by removing salmon farms from the ocean. Washington State legislature recently passed a bill to have all salmon farms removed from the U.S. ocean by 2025.
