Re: “Stories of abuse emerge at Squamish meeting” (March 3): I was sad to see the negative title on the story covering the Evening Celebrating Reconciliation.

Did you know that there is a lot of sea animals dying in Squamish because of plastic? We want it to stop! If you go in our Squamish waters, you will find a lot of plastic. If animals eat plastic, they will die.

My son and I moved to Squamish in 2005, when I had just left my marriage and was on welfare for a few months.

Fans of the performing arts understand there are several theatrical genres from drama to tragedy, adventure and mystery.

It’s already congested, and the situation is expected to become worse.

A few weeks ago, I received an email from a Quest University student requesting a correction around my use of pronouns for a couple of fellow students in a story.

As you read this, I will be just starting a three-month challenge. I am pledging to wear the same dress, yes the actual same dress, every day consecutively for 90 days. For my challenge, I purchased my black sheath dress for $71 at a Squamish shop.

My daughter turned 13 this month. This week, she encountered a situation that left her feeling bewildered and upset. She was in a local shop, purchasing makeup with a friend. They picked up a smaller item and proceeded to wander the store.

The mayor commented in the paper that the lack of affordable housing was a product of our success.
