I was going to write about how many modern men aren’t evolving, still reading comic books, playing with action figures and so on, but this seems a little secondary after last Thursday’s verdict of former Q host Jian Ghomeshi.

Twenty-nine days have passed since I started my 90-day challenge to wear the same black dress. The challenge’s aim, among other things, is to raise awareness of fashion consumerism. So far, so good: I am not completely sick of the dress yet.

Regarding the not hiring temporary foreign workers for the proposed liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant as we have workers available here: The availability of workers is not the issue, as prices of LNG have decreased dramatically.

Is it just me, or is human behaviour becoming more baffling every day? For example, one resident of the Lower Mainland has been ticketed 14 times over the past five years for distracted driving.
