EDITOR, Sea to Sky Transit, the service between Squamish and Whistler, is in crisis. People in Whistler and Squamish use the buses to commute, shop, use government and medical services and for recreation.

EDITOR, I wish to compliment The Chief and reporter Meagan Robertson on the substantial article on local forest management issues in last week's paper ("Balanced tree harvest becoming more crucial," The Chief, Nov. 19).

A provincial New Democrat executive member and former candidate has quit the party over its "marginalization of Indigenous peoples, communities, voices and issues.

"Improvised explosive device" and "targeted" attack are terms we've been hearing on the news for the past several years.

EDITOR, I am writing at this time in regards to my support of the Squamish Oceanfront development.

EDITOR, In response to Andy Wills' letter regarding the Squamish commuter bus (Pique), would someone please tell the Squamish commuters to pay their own way? The alternative is asking the District of Squamish to pay it for them.
