All-candidates debate was not inclusive

It’s called the walk of shame.

I used to think I was pretty environmen-tally conscious.

Business often seems to get a bad rap. It’s a popular whipping boy when the economy is in decline and governments are in need of more tax revenue. It’s a saviour of local communities when one decides to set up shop but a pariah when it leaves town.

As I reflect on the Globe and Mail debate held last Thursday, I couldn’t help but notice a large elephant in the room.

For the first time in my life since I turned voting age, I feel like throwing my hands in the air and saying, never mind. So much propaganda, it’s just getting stupid to the point that I have almost totally tuned it out… and I’m sure I am not alone.

One of the first words most infants learn in the majority of languages is “no.” But parents constantly tell their children to listen carefully. Well, I commend FortisBC for listening to the community and Squamish Nation.

Give us a chance to address your concerns and show you how this can benefit Squamish.

It seems to be the topic on every girl’s mind lately and on many women’s: Am I too fat? The latest trend is to tell girls not to worry, that obesity is OK, and it’s just a matter of changing societal views so that fat becomes accepted.
