Editor, I feel I must register a mild protest about the unfortunate headline, ("'No poop zone' sought for Channel") in Meagan Robertson's story on page 14 of last week's Chief [July 30].

Travelling almost 1,400 kilometres for work may not be ideal for everyone but it became a reality or me last month. For the second time this summer, I embarked on a long and hopefully worthwhile journey to find employment.

Prosperity. What is it? How do we achieve it? Are we prosperous? Most people, faced with these questions, would reply that in general, Canadians are indeed prosperous.
