EDITOR, I was recently fired from my job of customer service person for "being too friendly"! I took too long talking to customers.

I just want retailers to know that I am keeping a list and checking it twice, and the naughty and nice log I compile will be the basis from which I choose where to spend my holiday dollars.

When out shopping, consider giving a donation to the Community Christmas Care. There are several ways to do that and one that is easy, is donating non-perishable food items in the specially marked boxes in the super market or at churches in the area.

EDITOR, I never thought that I would witness a more poorly organized public relations event than the one I attended put on by Garibaldi at Squamish a few years ago - that is, until I attended the one they put on last Thursday.

EDITOR, Why don't people pick up after their dogs on trails or sidewalks etc.? I see this every day.

EDITOR, I am really glad to know and feel very good that on Nov. 24 at Quest University there is a seminar going to be held on first Sikh Pioneer in Squamish area, presented by two young Sikh boys, Rajkaran Singh Hans and Navdeep Singh Tatla.
