LNG export is like a high schooler planning to wind up working in a gas station. A noble job to be sure, but it seems more of a plan B to me.

What can spur economic development, spark revitalization, shape our collective consciousness, reduce crime, be a catalyst for change and inspire innovation while reducing stress and invigorating public spaces? I’ll give you a hint.

Our culture is so focused on youth that even teens entering their 20s believe they are old, and when they reach their 30s, they’re sure of it, so a 40th birthday party can feel a little like a wake.
